Why announcement time may differ from feed visibility
The timestamp shown on an announcement can differ from when it becomes visible in the feed due to exchange-side publication lag.
This is normal behavior on BSE distribution. The displayed announcement time is not always the exact moment the item became publicly available.
You may also occasionally see batched outputs, where multiple announcements appear together; this is a common exchange-side publishing pattern on BSE.
All viewers, including users on the BSE website itself, can observe this same lag in publication timing.
